Who this is for
This channel is for active players or their representatives — agents, coaches, parents or guardians of high school recruits, or school athletics personnel — who want to request changes to how a player is listed on College Front Office.
What we can do
- Hide a player's individual valuation from public display. The player's name and profile remain visible on the site, but their individual dollar valuation is replaced with “Private.”
- Correct factual inaccuracies in a listing — school, position, class year, transfer status, and similar details. Our underlying valuations come from the model described on our football and basketball methodology pages.
- Address sensitive situations involving a specific listing on a case-by-case basis.
What we can't do
- Retroactively edit social media graphics that have already been shared.
- Remove cached versions of pages from search engines or other third-party websites.
- Prevent industry sources from publishing their own valuations or coverage.
How to reach us
Our primary channel is direct message on X or Instagram. This lets us verify the sender's account in the same step as receiving the request.
If direct message isn't viable — for example, a parent of a high school recruit who isn't active on social media — you can reach us by email: concerns@collegefrontoffice.com.
What to include
Please include in your message:
- The player's name and current school.
- Your relationship to the player (self, parent or guardian, agent, coach, school staff).
- The specific change you're requesting.
- Any context that helps us understand the situation.
Timeline
Verified requests on live pages are typically honored within 48 hours. Most updates take effect within a few hours of being applied. Already-shipped social media graphics and historical insights posts are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
